Once you accept an estimate, either use our free, fully-insured DHL shipping label to send us your item, or schedule an appointment to drop it off at our boutique.

Upon receiving your bag, our specialists will conduct a thorough in-person inspection to verify its authenticity and condition. We will then issue a guaranteed, final quote.

After you accept our final quote, we process your payment immediately. You'll receive your funds directly in your bank account within 1-3 business days. It's that simple!
